Pupkins Gen 0 Terms
Last updated October 27, 2026
These are the terms and official rules for the Pupkins Gen 0 drop. They are a contract between you and Degenku, the company that runs the Moku brand.
The short version
- You buy TICKET with SCHIFFY at a flat rate. TICKET that doesn’t win and that you don’t spend in the shop can be withdrawn for the same number of SCHIFFY once withdrawals open.
- A winning TICKET is spent: it is the price of a sealed box of two Pupkins.
- Boxes and Pupkins are collectibles, not investments. Blockchain transactions are final, and network fees are yours.
- Our liability is limited, and your remedies are limited to getting TICKET or SCHIFFY back as these terms describe: section 15.
- Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration instead of in court or as a class action, except where the law where you live doesn’t allow that: section 19.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the Pupkins Gen 0 drop on mint.pupkins.gg: buying TICKET, the Gen 0 raffle, the second chance shop, Gen 0 boxes, and opening and minting Pupkins (together, the “Drop”).
They add to the Moku Terms of Service, which also apply to the Drop. If the two conflict, these terms win for the Drop. By signing in, buying TICKET or otherwise taking part, you agree to both, and to our Privacy Notice.
2. Who can take part
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
You can’t take part if you are in, or a resident of, a place where taking part in a draw like this one, or buying digital collectibles with crypto tokens, is against the law. You also can’t take part from any of the sanctioned places, or if you are on any of the sanctions lists, described in the Moku Terms of Service. Don’t use a VPN or any other tool to get around this. The Drop is void where it is prohibited. It is up to you to check that taking part is legal where you live.
One person may have one account. We may ask you to confirm you meet these requirements, and we may refuse or cancel entries that don’t.
3. Your account and wallets
You take part with your Moku account, the same account Pupkins and our other games use. You sign in with an email code or a crypto wallet, through our sign-in provider Privy.
- Wallets you sign in with or link are added to your Moku account. Once added, a wallet can’t be removed from it, so only link wallets you own and control.
- Gen 0 boxes, TICKET withdrawals and minted Pupkins go to the first wallet on your account. Make sure you control it.
- You are responsible for your account, your email inbox and your wallets. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not us.
4. The Gen 0 schedule
The Drop runs on this schedule, in New York time:
- October 27, 2026 at 10:55 AM EDT
- The raffle opens and TICKET goes on sale.
- November 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST
- The raffle closes and TICKET sales stop. The draw follows, and the second chance shop opens.
- November 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST
- The second chance shop closes. Gen 0 boxes are delivered, sealed, and can be traded.
- November 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST
- Opening boxes and revealing Pupkins begins.
We may move these times. If we do, the site will show the new ones. A date passing doesn’t by itself mean a step has happened: for example, a box counts as delivered only once it is in your wallet.
5. TICKET
TICKET is the Pupkins currency you use to enter the raffle and to play the second chance shop.
- Buying it. You buy TICKET with the SCHIFFY token on Robinhood Chain, from a browser wallet, at the flat rate the site shows when you buy. The rate is a fixed number of SCHIFFY per TICKET, not a price in dollars. The SCHIFFY you pay goes to the Pupkins treasury.
- When it arrives. TICKET is credited once your transaction is confirmed on chain and our systems have recorded it, usually within seconds. A submitted transaction is not yet TICKET. Buy from a wallet on your Moku account: a payment from any other wallet is credited only once that wallet is added to your account.
- Whole TICKET only. SCHIFFY beyond a whole TICKET, or a payment worth less than one TICKET, isn’t credited. We return it to the wallet that sent it. If you think we have missed one, email support@moku.gg.
- Where it lives. TICKET is a balance on your Moku account, not a token in your wallet. You can’t send it to another account or sell it. Its only value outside the Drop is that unspent TICKET can be withdrawn for SCHIFFY, as described in section 7.
- Not a deposit. SCHIFFY you pay for TICKET becomes ours. TICKET is not a deposit, savings account, e-money or a security, it earns nothing, and we don’t hold SCHIFFY in trust or as a custodian for you. What you have is the right to withdraw unspent TICKET as these terms describe.
- Network fees. Gas and other network fees are set by the network, not by us. You pay them, and they are not refundable.
6. Gen 0 raffle rules
Prizes
The prizes are sealed Gen 0 boxes, each holding two Pupkins. The number of boxes is shown on the site when the raffle opens. Each box won uses one of the winner’s TICKET: a winning TICKET is the price of the box, and it can’t be withdrawn afterwards.
Your entry
At the close, your account enters the TICKET it bought by the close, but no more than it still holds then. You don’t need to do anything else to enter.
How chances are weighted
Your chance of winning each box comes from three parts. The weights and caps the site shows when the raffle opens apply. By default they are:
- TICKET (70%): your share of all TICKET entered.
- Earliness (15%): how early you bought, measured by the time of the block that confirmed each purchase. A TICKET bought at the open counts in full, and one bought at the close counts for nothing.
- Holdings (15%): the Mokis on Ronin and the SCHIFFY on Robinhood Chain held by all the wallets on your account, each as an average over the 30 days before the close and counted up to a cap. We read these from the public blockchains when the raffle closes.
Boxes are drawn one at a time. When you win one, one TICKET is spent and your remaining TICKET stays in the draw, so one account can win more than one box. Entering doesn’t guarantee a box. Your chances depend on how much everyone else enters, so we can’t tell you them in advance.
A draw you can check
Before the raffle opens, we publish a commitment to a secret seed. When the raffle closes, we pick a Robinhood Chain block that doesn’t exist yet, so its value can’t be known in advance. The draw combines the two. After the draw, we publish the seed, the block, every entry (under a pseudonym; see our Privacy Notice) and the winners, so the draw can be re-run and checked. The draw decides who wins a box, not what is inside it.
Results and delivery
Our team runs the draw after the close. Results appear on the site when it is done, which can take some time after the close. Winning boxes are delivered as NFTs to the first wallet on your account from November 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. If your account has no wallet, we keep your box until you add one and claim it on the site.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on what you buy, win, sell or withdraw.
7. Getting your SCHIFFY back
TICKET that doesn’t win a box, and that you don’t spend in the second chance shop, can be withdrawn for SCHIFFY.
- When. Withdrawals are closed while the raffle is open and until the draw is done. After the draw, we open them once the Pupkins vault holds enough SCHIFFY to pay for every TICKET still out.
- How much. Each whole TICKET withdraws for the same number of SCHIFFY you paid for it. That is a fixed number of tokens, not a fixed value: SCHIFFY may be worth more or less by then.
- How. You request a withdrawal on the site. We then create a withdrawal on chain for the first wallet on your account. After a short unlock period, currently about a day, you redeem it from that wallet and pay the network fee.
- If something fails. If a withdrawal can’t be completed, we will work to return the TICKET to your balance or complete the withdrawal by hand.
- Your responsibility. Check the wallet before you request a withdrawal. We aren’t responsible for SCHIFFY paid to a wallet you no longer control or redeemed by someone with access to it.
- Later raffles. If we start another raffle, withdrawals pause until it is drawn. We’ll announce that on the site before it happens.
8. The second chance shop
From the close of the raffle until November 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST, you can spend TICKET in the second chance shop, on limited drops and on games of chance such as the capsule and claw machines.
- Prices, stock, prizes and odds are shown in the shop before you play. Stock is limited and first come, first served.
- Results are decided by our servers at random, using the odds shown.
- TICKET spent in the shop is gone, whatever you get: it can’t be withdrawn as SCHIFFY. A prize that gives you TICKET adds to your balance like any other TICKET.
- Shop items that aren’t delivered as NFTs, such as badges and cosmetics, are Virtual Items under the Moku Terms of Service.
9. Sealed boxes, trading and the reveal
- Sealed until the reveal. Gen 0 boxes arrive sealed. You can hold, transfer or trade them from November 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST, but you can’t open them until November 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST.
- Trading. Boxes can be traded on marketplaces that support them. We don’t run those marketplaces, and their terms and fees apply. Trades and transfers are final: we can’t reverse them or recover a box sent to the wrong address.
- Opening. From November 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST, the wallet holding a box can open it to reveal its two Pupkins. Opening may use up the box.
- What’s inside stays hidden. What’s inside each box is decided at random by our systems, from a secret we commit to before the draw. We don’t show it before the reveal: not on the site, in the draw list or on the blockchain, and our support team can’t tell you. At the reveal we publish the secret, so anyone can check that every box’s contents match what we committed to.
- Rerolls and final mint. If we offer rerolls or a final mint step, we’ll publish their rules, costs and odds before they open. Those rules then form part of these terms.
10. Your Pupkins
When you own a Gen 0 box or Pupkin NFT, you own that token. We, or our licensors, own the Pupkins characters, names, artwork and everything else that makes up the Pupkins brand.
While you hold a Pupkin NFT, you may use, display and share its artwork for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, for example as a profile picture or in your posts. This license passes to whoever holds the NFT next, and ends for you when you no longer hold it. Any commercial use needs our written permission.
Pupkins and boxes are collectibles and game items. We may change, add or end Pupkins games and features, and we don’t promise that a Pupkin will have any particular use in a game.
11. Risks you accept
Taking part in the Drop involves risk. By taking part, you confirm that you understand these risks and accept them, and that you decided to take part on your own judgment, not on anything we or anyone else said about value or returns.
- Not an investment. TICKET, Gen 0 boxes and Pupkins are not investments, securities or financial products. We make no promise that they will have or keep any value, or about prices on any marketplace. Nothing we say is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Token prices move. We don’t control SCHIFFY’s price. Withdrawn TICKET returns a set number of SCHIFFY, which may be worth more or less than when you bought.
- Blockchains are final. Check every transaction before you sign it. We can’t reverse transactions or recover lost keys.
- Others run much of the stack. Robinhood Chain, Ronin, wallets, marketplaces and Privy are run by third parties. We aren’t responsible for their outages, errors or losses they cause.
- Software has bugs. Smart contracts and our systems can fail in ways we didn’t expect.
- The rules can change. Laws and regulations on digital assets are changing and may stop or limit the Drop, or the use or transfer of boxes, Pupkins or SCHIFFY, where you live.
- Security is on you too. Anyone who gets into your email, account or wallet can act as you. Phishing sites and fake “support” staff are common.
12. Fair play
To keep the draw fair, don’t:
- enter through more than one account, or for someone else;
- link wallets you don’t own or control, or borrow holdings to raise your chances;
- use bots, scripts or other automation;
- exploit bugs, errors or mispriced items; or
- wash trade or manipulate prices of boxes or Pupkins.
If we reasonably believe you have, we may disqualify your entries, cancel your wins, remove boxes or items you got that way, hold your TICKET while we look into it, and suspend or close your account. Once we have removed anything you gained that way, and unless the law requires us to hold it, we will let you withdraw your remaining unspent TICKET as SCHIFFY.
Our decisions about eligibility, entries, the draw and the shop are final, subject to your rights under section 19 and the law.
13. Errors, delays and cancellation
If a bug, error or outage affects the draw, the shop, a balance, a delivery or a reveal, we may correct it. That can mean fixing a balance, voiding an affected result or running an affected step again.
We may pause, postpone or cancel the raffle, the shop or any later step, for example because of a technical problem, a problem with a blockchain, or a legal requirement. If we cancel the raffle before the draw, every TICKET can be withdrawn for SCHIFFY.
We may also stop the Drop, or any part of it, in a country or region, or for a particular account, if a law, regulator or court requires it, or if we reasonably believe continuing would break the law.
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. A change won’t take away a box you have already won or let us keep TICKET you are entitled to withdraw.
14. Disclaimers
THE DROP, INCLUDING THE SITE, TICKET, THE DRAW, THE SECOND CHANCE SHOP, GEN 0 BOXES, PUPKINS AND THE SMART CONTRACTS THEY USE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MOKU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THAT, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: THE DROP WILL HAPPEN ON SCHEDULE OR AT ALL; THE SITE, THE DRAW, HOLDINGS READS, DELIVERIES OR WITHDRAWALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE OR FREE OF ERRORS; ANY BOX OR PUPKIN WILL HAVE ANY PARTICULAR TRAITS, RARITY, APPEARANCE OR USE; ANY MARKETPLACE, WALLET OR BLOCKCHAIN WILL SUPPORT THEM; OR THAT TICKET, SCHIFFY, BOXES OR PUPKINS WILL HAVE OR KEEP ANY VALUE.
15. Limits on our liability
In this section, the “Moku Parties” are Degenku, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and service providers.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW:
- THE MOKU PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING THE CHANCE TO WIN A BOX OR TO BUY OR SELL AT A PARTICULAR TIME OR PRICE), LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, OR ANY FALL IN THE VALUE OF SCHIFFY, TICKET, BOXES OR PUPKINS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE DROP OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
- THE MOKU PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS CAUSED BY: BLOCKCHAINS, WALLETS, MARKETPLACES, PRIVY OR ANY OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICE; NETWORK FEES, CONGESTION, FORKS, REORGANISATIONS OR OUTAGES; THE FAILURE OF ANY SMART CONTRACT; UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR EMAIL, ACCOUNT, DEVICE OR WALLET; PHISHING, SCAMS OR OTHER ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES OR OTHER PLAYERS; OR YOUR OWN MISTAKES, SUCH AS SENDING TOKENS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, SIGNING THE WRONG TRANSACTION OR LOSING YOUR KEYS.
- THE MOKU PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE DROP OR THESE TERMS, TOGETHER, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (I) THE VALUE, WHEN YOU PAID IT, OF THE SCHIFFY YOU PAID FOR TICKET THAT WAS SPENT IN THE DROP (NOT TICKET YOU WITHDREW OR CAN STILL WITHDRAW) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (II) US$100.
Your only remedies
To the fullest extent allowed by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies:
- Unspent TICKET: withdrawing it for the number of SCHIFFY described in section 7. We owe you that number of tokens, not their value in any currency.
- A box we don’t deliver, or a win or shop result we void because of an error: the return of the TICKET used for it to your balance.
- A cancelled raffle, or a paused or cancelled step: withdrawing your unspent TICKET.
These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they are part of the basis of the bargain between us. Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16. Release
To the extent the law allows, you release the Moku Parties from all claims, known or unknown, arising from: the acts or omissions of other players; trades, transfers and prices on marketplaces; blockchains, wallets, Privy and other third-party services; and the outcome of the draw, the shop or a reveal when run as these terms describe.
If you live in California, you waive California Civil Code section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” You also waive any similar law where you live.
17. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Moku Parties from any claims, losses, liabilities, penalties and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: your breach of these terms; your taking part where it is against the law; your taxes; wallets you link; your trades, transfers and disputes with others; and your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.
18. Events outside our control
We aren’t responsible for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include blockchain halts, forks, reorganisations and congestion; outages of hosting, sign-in, node or other providers; attacks on our systems or on third-party systems; changes in law or regulatory action; sanctions; and natural disasters, war, unrest and epidemics. If one happens, we may pause or reschedule any part of the Drop.
19. Disputes and everything else
Disputes about the Drop are resolved under the dispute terms of the Moku Terms of Service: we first try to resolve them informally with each other, then by final and binding individual arbitration under the laws of Costa Rica, not in court, and never as a class, collective or representative action, with any right to a jury trial waived, except where the law where you live doesn’t allow that. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, unless the law requires a longer period.
Everything else not covered here is in the Moku Terms of Service. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in effect. Sections that by their nature should survive the end of the Drop or of your account will survive, including sections 11 and 14 to 19. The Drop is run by Degenku, the company that runs the Moku brand (“Moku”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
